Daredevil Season 3 Teaser: Enter (SPOILER)!

Ok, So if I didn’t express it enough in the post title and the header for this article itself, I’ll say it again, prepare for spoilers so if you don’t want to be spoiled then DON’T read any further from this.

Today, fans were in high anticipation of the panel at New York Comic Con 2018 for Marvel’s Daredevil series on the streaming platform, Netflix. Those fans were treated to special guest appearances on that panel including new castmates Wilson Bethel and Joanne Whalley. One of those guests in attendance that would even leave this writer in awe, was the legendary actor, Vincent D’Onofrio who plays the notorious antagonist, Wilson Fisk.

Later in the panel, fans were then treated to several series of clips from the show. However, a longtime fan wish to see one of Daredevil’s most vile and violent antagonists might have just been granted. The reveal from the following the teaser trailer that really confirmed that new threat and confirmation for our blind vigilante can be seen in the video below:

As you can see from the clip above, it looks as if we finally have our Bullseye of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Wilson Bethel, who plays the role of Agent Poindexter/Bullseye even announces his role in a recent tweet from his official account using nothing but a “target” emoji with a dart that hits right at the bullseye of a target, which is most famously known as Bullsye’s symbol:

It has been teased before that Bethel would be playing the popular character, and now we finally have that character visualized on the small screen. The action and fighting scenes appear spot on with Bullseye’s character noting the accuracy by which the weapons he uses are thrown and striking his victims and how any of the instruments he uses in his hands are utilized. Prior to becoming that character, we will see that Bethel’s character undergo his changes through a development in his origin story. That story appears to take shape after working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as Agent Poindexter. Then, after what appears to be his character being overwhelmed by an ambush, his talents may have been noticed by Fisk who seemingly works out a deal and employs him to try and rid the city of Daredevil. In addition, it looks like Bullseye will also be a threat to those who around Daredevil’s circle as it looks as if he confronts Karen Page (played by Deborah Ann Woll) at the New York Bulletin, Page’s employer. I mean, one way to get under someone’s skin and break them down is to after their loved ones right?

Overall, it’s finally exciting to see that fans finally get their wish granted to see this take on Bullseye. What are your thoughts on seeing this character come to life? Share with us your thoughts down below, on Facebook and on Twitter at @channel1138.
